They provide excellent advice and what action to be taken when we had been scammed by a company claiming to remove our timeshare.

Fortunately, we had paid a non-refundable deposit with a credit card. Initially, the card provider would not refund the deposit. We were advised what action to take with the card provider and they subsequently refunded the deposit.
