We have received a great deal of help

We have received a great deal of help from Timeshare Business Check (KwikChex) (TBC), providing help and guidance and a lot of questions for us to ask the company we were dealing with.
I told the company that I was not going ahead, and they agreed to let us go, but would not refund the deposit. I contacted TBC and they suggested a Section 75 claim through my credit card, to get it back. Initially, the Bank refused. Again, TBC advised if we go to the Financial Ombudsman and finally, although it has taken a couple of years due to Covid-19 delays, we are to get our money back.
