These callers have used various names – Alice Warner, Alan Jeffries/Jefferies, Amanda Jones, Anthony (Tony) White, Benjamin Hill, Benjamin (Ben) Sharp, Bob Reynolds, Charlene Connor, David Miller, David Montgomery, Gregory Stevens, J D Williams, Jodie Williams, Jonathan Clarke, Jonathan Ledger, Joseph Barron, Kitty Wilson, Mark Hill, Michelle Graham, Roger Harris, Ryan Ward, Steve Smith, Susan Forbes, Suzanne Walker, William Edwards and Zara Wilkinson.

They claimed to be calling from Gordon Samuel Consultants, Northgate Financial Recuperation, Horton Services, European Debt Recovery Services and Contract Debt Relief Centre in Aldershot, and have reportedly been trying to pass themselves off as agents of CLC and Wyndham during these cold calls. They claimed the consumers are on a register of CLC members that are the subject of European Payment Orders. Consumers were told that bailiffs Daniels Silverman would be attending at properties to enforce judgments. They have also falsely claimed to be calling from EUROC.
