Timeshare consumer case resolved – example

TTF250x100

Mrs B paid £4,750 to a company that claimed they could definitely sell her timeshare after insisting she and her partner flew to Spain from the UK. They also said they would get ‘compensation’ However, after a lengthy period no sale was completed and nothing of consequence had been done to achieve such a sale. The company’s contracts and promises breached EU consumer protection laws. As Mrs B was disabled,Timeshare Task Force assisted her and secured agreement from the timeshare developer that she could exit her timeshare with no further costs. In addition we assisted with a Section 75 claim (under the Consumer Credit Act) with Mrs B’s credit card company which was successful and a full refund of the £4750 was made.

Note – there are no fees whatsoever charged to consumers seeking help regarding timeshare and related products by Timeshare Task Force (managed by KwikChex). This is a free service.
