What happened when we reached out to this business?
We contacted this business by e-mail and website form on 04/02/2015. We asked for confirmation of company registration details and the business trading address.

The company responded to our website form on 04/02/2015 - we are currently in the process of verifying further information. We have asked for authentication of customer testimonials and also to review a copy of the client agreement to ensure this adheres to legislation.

"We do receive customers in our office in Amersfoort Holland, Hardwareweg number 4.
We do not cold call our customers.
We do not publish false testimonials from customers.

In Holland it is normal that when you do register a company you can start working straight away, even though the company is not fully registered. It can take up to 1 or 2 months before registration is completed.

It will take us average between 2 and 4 weeks to help people to get out of their timeshare. And yes we do guarantee that. But only after we commit ourselves to the contract of services between our company and the clients. It can happen, and it has happened many times before that we cannot help the clients. I can mention for example that if a client refuses to pay his outstanding debts (maintenance fees) we cannot help the client to terminate his timeshare contract. In case we need more time we will tell our clients before signing anything with us.

If we commit ourselves to the contract together with our clients, it means we are sure we can help the customers. In case anything would change or happen, meaning we are not able to help the clients, than we will pay back any money paid to us (if anything at all). We do put that in writing as well. Normally we do not charge our customers anything upfront. Of course we are not liable for clients who decide to buy another timeshare in the future.

We do not sell timeshare. We just assist our clients to find a way out of their contract in case they don’t manage themselves. I always suggest to our clients to first call their home resort to see what they can do for them."
